In the event that you wish to replace the product you purchased, due to a defect or error on the part of the company, you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt by calling customer service at 2616 008 795 (Store Hours) or at the electronic address (e-mail) info@amaltheia-aroma.gr notifying us of the reason for replacement and filling in contact numbers.
Exchanges or returns of healthy products are not accepted.
The company bears no responsibility for any damages that may occur during their transportation.
Any order cancellation must be performed within 2 (two) hours after placing the order, by contacting customer service by phone at 2616 008 795 indicating your Order Number.
